Lakeview Townhouse

This townhouse had been completely gutted and was in need of a full remodel. With several contractors turning down the challenge, we accepted the daunting task. We had to re-frame the interior walls, and make structural corrections with the help of an engineer who would inspect the work once it was finished. In addition to this, we had to install new lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and windows. We also had to add new drywall, bathrooms, kitchen, and vinyl flooring to make sure that everything was up to code and of the highest quality. Once the renovation was complete, the townhouse had been transformed and had a stunning view of the gulf that could be enjoyed from within.
