Coastal States Renovations is how construction projects should be handled with professionalism and personalization for each unique project. Paul and Jeff are great guys, both honest and hardworking, which is hard to find in today’s construction world. Many contractors only want to be project managers, watching their subcontractors work and never getting their hands dirty!

Doing a renovation from 900 miles away can be very stressful. Jeff made the stress bearable by sending updates and pictures almost daily. We are so pleased with the outcome. Our vision has come together beyond our dreams. The attention to detail and bringing the project to 100% completion, all within a reasonable budget, is above what we expected!

Five stars!!! Jeff, Kevin and Jarrod took our 20 year old master bath from the 80’s to something right out of HGTV!!! Based on his experience, Jeff offered suggestions beyond what we had considered and the bathroom looks great. had mentioned that I wanted to build out the MB closet, and he took my design and did that too! It’s exactly what we wanted and we love it. Coastal States is our choice for our next project.

Jeff and his team were hired to renovate a vacation condo. The owner was several states away, yet Jeff held daily briefings on what the owner needed to be aware of: progress made or problems that arose. They were master carpenters, but Jeff also had creative solutions to some design issues. He is truly an artisan in his craft.

Five stars, These guys are great to work with and they went out of their way to make sure everything was constructed as planned, the workmanship and quality was extremely good and the project completed on time and on budget. I would use Coastal States Renovations again without hesitation.

Coastal States Renovations is a company that takes pride in their work. We’re very pleased with the quality of the work done, it exceeded our expectations. They totally renovated our kitchen and bathroom, all new doors and tile throughout, and new cabinets. We enjoyed working with Jeff and Paul and would highly recommend their work!

Jeff and Paul were awesome to work with. Jeff has a really good eye for details and what would look good in a project. We had a very short time to complete a project a and they completed everything on time. The work was stunning and beautiful. If we had a question, Paul and Jeff were both very responsive of we called or sent a text. We have projects scheduled in the future and we already have CSR lined up for the jobs. We have a townhome in Destin, FL, and we saw the work Coastal States Renovations did on another unit in our complex. We were very impressed, so we had them do a bid. With COVID and no rentals for at least a month, the timing was perfect. The rest is history, and we decided to renovate our 40-year-old unit as well. We were very impressed with the workmanship, helpfulness, and professionalism, as well as the suggestions in design and help picking out cupboards, counters, doors, hardware, and lighting. Plus, the work was done on time as well. We are pleased with how quickly Jeff responded to our questions and concerns and the quality of the work. Jeff went above and beyond to help us with our long-distance project. They have a hardworking crew, experienced in their craft, and the workers did a fantastic job. We live in Minnesota, so this was all done via photos and phone calls after initial face-to-face meetings and walkthrough. We would be happy to recommend Coastal States Renovations. Our unit is beautiful and will be our new snowbird retirement resort.
