Maravilla Condo

This is what we enjoy doing most: bringing a dated condo into the modern era and making it look like a brand-new space. We scraped the popcorn ceiling and re-textured it with a smooth, modern finish. We installed new custom kitchen cabinets, opening up the kitchen by 18”, along with new countertops, backsplashes, and hardware. All new vinyl flooring was installed throughout the home to create a unified look. We also added new lighting in the kitchen, along with a fresh coat of paint, to brighten up the space and make the condo look completely modern. In the end, this once dated condo became the envy of its neighbours and a showpiece of modern living.
