Seascape Golf Villas

The Seascape Golf Villas was another rewarding remodeling project. Moving the washer, dryer area to a hallway closet, with full size appliances was a challenge. Along with that, a total remodel of the master bathroom, creating a more open kitchen area with all new cabinets, all new wood look tile flooring, and a new lighting design, made this condo remodel a winner.

It certainly increased it’s market and rental value as well, making it one of the top remodels in Golf Villas.
