Ciboney at Miramar Beach

The new owners wanted to update an aging design. New flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite, door hardware and moldings. The old popcorn ceil was scraped off and a slick finish added to the ceilings adding an ultra modern look. Notice the shiplap around the kitchen counter top.

We wish we could have done an accent wall with the shiplap but the new owners were on a budget. Maybe next year when we up date the bathrooms with new shower tile.
